Steam Steam summer sale 2013

Anyone interested in going half and half on the Don't Starve two-pack? It's £5.40 per copy for the two pack instead of £7.19. I'd also be happy to buy it then trade the extra copy for Scibblenauts Unlimited + Soul Reaver (£5.48) if people don't want to deal in money

In short - very polarized opinions about the game generally speaking. At the end of the day: Do you enjoy GTA enough to want a clone?

It's not even close to being a clone, maybe the first one was but 3 is just a toybox of fun. It's not even trying to be GTA any more, unless you count the fact that it's in an open world city and features illegality.

 

SRIII was just a bit too OTT. It's funny how GTAIV was too dull, and SRIII was too ridiculous. Somewhere in the middle would have been ideal

 

But, but... Burt Reynolds! Zombies! Massive dildos! Lucha Libre!

I can't wait for the fourth.

 

SRII is king. All the ridiculous over-the-top mentalness of III but without forcing it. Shame it's not there to be honest

My wallet is already crying however....

 

Yeah, SRII is more my cup of tea than III. Shame the PC port of II was so horribly broken

I think they have to try much harder than 50% off call of doody. Given the largely negative reviews on metacritic.

Activision never let the CoD games go cheap, MW1 & 2 are still £19.99 and not on sale. They even have the cheek to sell Flag DLC at 79p a pack ffs!

I don't really think there are any games I want to buy this time round. I mean I have a whole bunch un-played still and some partially completed.

I can't think of any new ones that I'm compelled to hunt for.

 

It features a gun which shoots bees at people. BEES.

What else could you possibly want?

Well, SR3 was one of the games which was fun to play. How often can you play a sex-slave pony race shootout or drive a car with a tiger in it ?

 

Sr3 is just one bag of fun. That is totally addictive and some of the missions are bat nuts insane.

Would not really call it a gta clone anymore either. Sr1 was a gta clone, worth £6 either way.

Ftl is worth a pick up for those that don't have it. Just cause 2 also another good game.
