So last night I terrified myself silly. Never ever been so scared in a game before...and it came from a simple mobile phone game. If you have a Note 4 (or equally massive phone) then buy/make a Google Cardboard, download a game called Sisters, then play it in the dark with headphones on. I literally can't play this game for more than a minute. And apparently the game isn't even that long. If anyone else has tried this/wants to know more... let me know. Here's the link for the game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.otherworld.Sisters&hl=en
I really need to try an Oculus Rift soon. But I'm going to give this poor-man's rift a go and report back on whether my grundies survive unscathed.
Easy, when a dude (at least I assume it was dude) who I'd just banned from a CS:S server for calling someone a Jewish f####t lover sent me a message with my real name and address in it as well as some very lovely details of what he was planning to do to me. Forwarded it to the police and never heard a word about it again, but bricks were shat at the time.
^well you have his Steam ID, so if you get the case number from the cops, hand over the info to Steam support with contact details of the cop in charge of your case. For one, they can give the cops his info, and 2) say bye bye to his account
I didn't really like the first F.E.A.R when I played it through when I was younger. I gave it another whirl about 9 or 10 months ago - turns out, I still don't really like it that much. It's that freaky little girl, same as in movies with the scary little girl - I can't handle the little girl.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condemned:_Criminal_Origins This. Middle of the night, full DD5.1 surround. Horrid.
^^ This, except on an 8' projector screen. It explains why I never got much further than about an hour into the game
Haha - I don't think I was playing on a projector at that point, but it was bad enough...! The surround-sound made it so awful!
I have one of those in RL. I mean she doesn't look as... dead... as the FEAR girl, but when you sense a presence next to your sleeping face is the wee small hours the effect is similar
Confirmed. I now sleep with a light on because our 3 year old has figured out how to open her bedroom door and has taken to wandering into our bedroom, sobbing at all hours of the ****ing night.
