Other What currently makes your life awesome?

Just been out and bought a good whack of fitness based doodads.

I broke an asda basket lifting the weight of how much epic i was carrying, It was quite a hefty purchase for what i got but based on usual costs online and in other shops i paid atleast 50% of usual value WIN

Just need a weight bench and dumbbells before monday and i attempt a month of bulking from this ectomorph frame.

Either that or i get fat.

edit: calculating (without dinner) i'll be way over my target protein intake, i need to include a few more carbs in and my fat will probably be a little bit over what i necessarily wanted. I plan to workout 5 days a week (because i have no life)

Also my dad has offered up his york barbell to me Result!

^^ That is pretty awesome. However, gota' wander if the guys/girls bosses see that and think it's just a "waste of time." We all here know that it would decrease downtime due to failure and increase the speed with witch essential maintenance could be carried out... but then there's management...

 

I'll be honest and say i'm not entirely sure what you're alluding to, i have no intentions on getting fat

I've spent a lot of the evening organising my food for the next 4 weeks, I'll be returning on monday with a barbell and i have more protein than i can shake a stick at. I'm excited yet pessimistic

I'll be measuring myself daily and plotting the results to see if i infact have 'Gains' clearly i hope i gain weight quickly.

If i can lose 2 stone in 8 weeks surely i could gain similar numbers with a 6 x food intake.

I would like to feel body confident by summer and i believe its extremely possible

 

Epidurals! I look like I lost a fight with a staple gun and I cant feel ****.

Now if only hospital food was better..

 

I had the best of it when I was in hospital a few years ago. I was on morphine + nil-by-mouth for 10 days! (pancreatitis)

 

Got paid, paid my bills and started attacking my credit card bill.

Just fixed my dead fileserver with a spare PSU I had on the shelf. UTTER WIN!

 

Was referring to exercise, actually. Given the choice I think I would rather die than put myself through that regularly.

 

Brain fart, Its not too bad. during the week i have nothing to come back to so a little exercise will be refreshing to the hours of youtube videos i might have watched in the same time. It really goes down to positive results, if i see them it'll drive me to push myself harder.

I managed to update the vBIOSes on my two 680s without bricking them. It's the little things.

 

Girlfriend is down for a few days, which in and of itself is a cause for huzzah! However, she also brought with her my delayed christmas present.
