Nice motor, but going by the front bumper and chrome bars in the front grilles that's the luxury trim not M sport.

In the last 6 hours, the online order tracker for my next car has jumped from "Build week confirmed" (this week), to "In transit" (en-route to dealership), bypassing "In build".

I think this means my new car was born THIS morning! :D

Downside: It'll still take up to 4 weeks to reach the dealership.

Walking around a warm Edinburgh city centre and wishing I were 40 years younger as the city is filled with the new intake of female students (and male of course).

Dug out an old 4-port 3.5" bay fan controller from "stores" to quieten my case fans down a bit.

No 3.5" bays on this case though so I've mounted it inside the main compartment. :hip:

Couple of students came down to pick and pay the balance for a 40 inch TV I sold to them. When they came to view I gave them the stand to take with them as the TV was wall mounted. They left a deposit and promised to return Tuesday evening with a friend who owned a car. True to their word they appeared on Tuesday but no car and also they brought back the stand for me to fit as they did not own a screwdriver. Awesome stuff.
Oh and they took the TV home in a taxi.

Mate of mind sold a integrated cooker for £10 to save scrapping, they turned up in a 2 seater car!! He went out for couple of hours and they were still there on his return waiting for a 2nd car!

Thank you very much to KayinBlack for sending me a 3570k, completely free.

Making quite the difference to all of my gaming, no longer capped by a dual core.

    Top Bloke indeed.

My old boss who died last year at 62 left most of his possessions to the local NHS cancer appeal, and a load of them went under the hammer at Bonhams today.

The hammer price of the 600 odd lots was a hair over £3M, adding to the previous £3.2M that his motorbikes fetched.

That money will be buying new body scanners and a new radiotherapy suite in West Dorset

I was lucky enough to drive this beastie a few times, including from the garage to the Bonhams transporter. He was too weak to sit in, let alone drive it in the last few months, so I got to start it up and keep it exercised.

It sold for a tad under £300K - no pressure when driving it; especially as the accelerator & brake are reversed compared to most other cars!

That's amazing, what a fantastic cause as well!

Two more weeks and I'm moving back home for good, the commute twice a week will be a killer but my car is so freaking comfortable I love driving it! I enjoyed driving before but the corsa was a bit of a ball ache. My neighbour thought I was a drug dealer (he still thinks i work in a morrisons)... which made me uneasy.

Parents have gone away which means going home this weekend absolutely no nagging

    I have a date...

Oh and my first sleeve session is in under 3 weeks :thumb:
