Liking the loom of these x399 this could be where I jump in, fingers crossed the price has a similar undercut of the Intel chips as Ryzen had.
And it ain't even a Friday! Added an Aorus X370 K5 to today's "money I shouldn't be spending but did because HMRC sorted my tax code and paid me an extra £200 this month that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it PS: please don't tell my wife" list. Now I gotta shop for a new case too, for shame! But seriously, don't tell my missus...

thread diversion... what am4 coollers are people recommending atm? also can Ryzen do 64GB of RAM?... i ask because reasons...
That's what I paid 2 weeks ago for it from Aria (well £285.54 if you want to be precise). They have it for £275 now
Yeah Amazon have been ball dropping a lot lately. I've noticed some things on Prime are more expensive than elsewhere. Good thing they provide me with bedtime TV every night or I would start thinking about cancelling Prime. Best with a high end cooler. The Arctic AIO is fantastic according to Custom PC mag. Good price too (under 60 jib). I would imagine it can do 64gb, but doesn't like four DIMMs. So I would look at whether you can get two 32s and if the board you are wanting to use will support that. Obs you can go 4x16 but you won't get the same sort of overclock.
They have been very aggressive with their pricing recently, some good superspecials going up! Anyone have a link for a "Ryzen overclocks results table" kinda thing? Specifically for the 1600/X, but it'll be nice to have a clear idea of ballpark figures for when I get up and running.
