Change of plan My Technician has now give me a new motherboard from a dell dimension 4400 which takes DDR SDRAM which is better, cheaper, easier to get.. & the motherboard also has a built in VGA unlike other!! One thing.. the CD drive someone give me was smashed inside and doesn't open looking for a replacement now then should all be good! Just need a cooler for my graphics card. Mark.
Hiya - back again! Just located the 9800 pro cooler - all good, though the push-pins are an ickle bit mangled (should still work OK).... - looks like it will fit your card from what I can make out! I can pack it up with some thermal grease and send it off to you in the next couple of days. - Drop me a PM with your address mate. Cheers, Si

are you using a PS/2 or USB keyboard as older BIOS versions may not support USB keyboards until you get into windows.
TBH its been about 6 months since i had to do any PC repairs, you could try it with a PS/2 keyboard if you can borrow one from a friend.
