Does anyone have any hands on experience with the BitFenix set of cables? I plan to do a new build in the new year sometime (probably IB, price dependant) and I love the look of the BitFenix cables - available in black, white, red, blue etc - Dependant on the things I buy for the build (MB colours etc) i'll get matching cables. Just wondered if they're any good? Cheaply made, or anything else not up to scratch about them? - Apart from being a little more money than basic ones you might buy. I've only found them (LOTS of them) on Specialtech so far, Scan has a couple of black ones. Linky here. Cheers
I know a lot of people that use them and they are extremely happy with them. From what I've seen they look to be of a very good quality.
Oooh, I LIKE those! I may have to make some Adaptors for my PSU, otherwise there'll be cables everywhere... certainly going to be getting a few though.
If you look at my log I use lots of them in my rebuild. I live them, they use a fabric braid which is nicer than MDPC braid. easily worth the money...
Used a couple of them in my current machine, wonderful cables, more than enough flex to get to where you need them to go, and come with enough length for even the most ridiculously proportioned of cases.
Cool, cheers guys I prefer what they look like too, much more. Mainly that they're smaller than your usual cables especially PSU ATX cables, less space needed behind mobo tray I guess. I assume they clip in fine directly into most normal PSUs? Mines Antec Quattro 850 - Which I hope is going to be fine for the new build.
