    i have no clue how they get those results as my 9600gt churns out 4100ppd (although it is overclocked from 650/1625/1800 to 760/1900/2100)

    Thats a hell of an overclock and although it may be stable now, when you pick up some nasty 511 pointer projects its going to crap itself and probably EUE.

    Also you don't really need to overclock the core or memory its the shader that matters to folding performance :thumb:

    i have had it running for 5 days now and even after getting 3 511s in a row it is solid as a rock and it has only rechaed 65c max over those 5 days

    i have got good airflow and a custom bafle to direct air so that probably helps

    this is a stupid question but what is a EUE

    oh them!
    i only started getting them when the core was a 800 and the streem prosessors where at 2000

    i could game at this but folding would be unstable for more than 3 hours

    Just got this months mag, and the folder profile was Vince_Kinslow not clivem, im all confused!

    congrats to both though! helpin us keep that number 5 spot!:thumb:

    They've used Folding 'stalwats' as back-ups for profiling before, usually incase the requested incumbent is doing something a little untoward on works PC's and doesn't want it publicised in print :worried:

    Hey Im happy to be a stalwart Jon they have asked before just did not have the time :thumb:

    In the early days there were no profiles just a mention in CPC as you are aware.
