I couldn't really give you a full answer since I don't really drink myself, just that most of the American staples like Budwieser/Coors/Miller are 4.2 to 5%.

My uncle's a bartender and told me that little percentages thing. Maybe he's used to a wider selection of stronger drinks? Not sure. But he told me 6% and it's just been stuck in my head that way ever since

 

Facebook. Yep that's right, it's full of delinquents but without it this year alot of my relatives wouldn't be recieving Christmas cards, presents or just general good wishes. Gather addresses, one trip to the post office and I know alot of people will just have that one extra card to clutter their rooms.

 

Just found an entire box of Heroes in my room, totally forgot I brought them!

As for me, the ex has moved out, the new girlyfriend is really happy with things between us, all her mates think I'm great (was at their gig last night), and today is the annual Chez Crue Christmas Carnage - 24 hours of great food and fantastically devilish booze concoctions, followed by a hangover long enough to take me into the 12 days of Christmas. AWW YEAH!

Tonight I'm off to see Faithless and Example at the O2 Arena in London with some friends.

Then tomorrow, I'm meeting up with my sister who I haven't seen properly since September, to go and see Frank Turner at the Brixton Academy. I think it's the 4th time I've seen him this year! Can't wait.

I can't wait.... all the tickets had sold out so I got 2 tickets on eBay seperately - for the face value. Result.

I've never seen him before so I'm really looking forward to it.

 

Just pulled an all nighter which consisted of Black Ops and guitar playing. Awesome night... Can't feel my fingers though...

Just stopped to think about it, and saw that I've reached pretty close where I want to be with hardware reviewing. Took a good while thinking how things were 4½ years ago (O M G) when I first started, and how it's going right now..

Actually everything could be worse Also my friends made it safely through their flights and through Nairobi into whatever town they were aiming.

I'm still gonna have to leave the University and am unemployed, but good news are, in Finland it's damn hard to die of hunger if you don't actually want to..

 

Less than two weeks till I am off back to the UK for a much needed holiday

I'll probably go into shock from the change in climate though!

Frank Turner.... epic! Tomorrow is going to be painful though - 6.30am start.

Oh and one of Frank Turner's support acts is great too - Ed Harcourt.

 

That was absolutely epic! First time at Brixton and I was impressed, it looks pretty from the inside.

Frank played an awesome set too and the sing-alongs were great. I was right at the front which made it even better.

 

Yay Frankie T! Was a good set, although he missed out a fair few of my favourites. Still, Substitute was played, and I was a happy man.

Aside from running into my stupid ex several times during the gig and the trains home, was a great night. I picked up an awesome tee from it too, it's the one with the Black Flag logo with an acoustic guitar in the last box, genious!

spent the weekend with my girl. had some really good talks with her. things are going very awesomely.

we asked her parents if she can spend the night at my place this next friday and they are okay with it. its gonna be great!
