There isn't really as the 120/128GB 6Gb/s SSDs are much slower than the 240-256GB ones, so i wouldn't want to recommend one. So i guess the best option that's nearest to your price range is probably the 250GB Samsung 840 @ ~£115 after cashback from eBuyer & the like... (you can also use TopCashBack with eBuyer & some other places for a bit more money back) it's something of a compromise drive though, d.t. using TLC nand, however it's faster than the (more expensive) 256GB M4, 240GB M500 or 240GB async nand SFs which are probably the other main mid-range performance choices... ...however without really increasing the budget then you've got to lose out somewhere.
