cutting it real close if you loaded all 4 cores 100% q6600 loaded on all 4 pulls around 10 amps.. you have 28 on the 12 volt rail the 8800gt pulls around 18-19 amps fully loaded (well according to toms- it's going to be lower for regular apps and games)- it should be fine though for gaming and such if your running prime and furmark it might hit the wall though
approx required wattage at peak load is 430W. This means you should have a PSU of 500W (75% of 500 is 375W, which should be more than your normal usage). *based on above spec, plus 4 HDD's. 2 Optical drives, a discreet soundcard, a 1GB 8800GT (I didn't think sapphire made cards based on nVidia chipsets?!) and overclocked Q6600 to 3.6GHz (+boost in voltage), the memory, the watercooling kit, and an additional 120mm fan. That sumzision PSU is a cheap nasty budget thing. This is what happens with budget PSU's Invest in a decent PSU. If you want the scope of say a second graphics card or something in the future go for a 700-800W unit. example
