Will it complete the next bigadv in less than 20 hours including upload time? If not, you can change the config over now to remove the bigadv flag so that the next unit picked up at midnight will be regular smp. Take care to back up the work folder in case it throws a wobbly when you restart after the config change.

I took a gamble that the 5th rig, an sr2, that just finished would not pick up a 2684. Unfortunately it did so the wu won't finish until after the contest ends :( I'll leave it on the chimps anyway by means of penance for the bad luck.

Edit: Jondi beat me to it. Note to self, must make posts shorter.

My Win machine (i7-980x@4.2) has changed to SMP, getting 43K on a p7130, didn't expect it to be that high! :)

I am running v7. I was worried that if I changed to smp now, it would try to contact the wrong server when returning the current bigadv results.

Well Project 10121 has now completed and I cannot see any points for it. However I can just complete 2 more SMP's before the deadline on that computer :sigh:

My final bigadv has an ETA of 17:41 today according to HFM and the upload time is normally about 30 mins.

Will it make it into the Chimp stats in time ?

Stanford produced statistics every hour. The Chimp Challenge ends at 20:00 our time today. If your results upload at 18:10 then I think it will have time to be included in the 19:00 stats. The final team positions are to be decided by the 20:00 stats, so I expect your bigadv will help to decide if we are in 4th or 5th.

A team total of 43,874,902 points - a great achievement. Hopefully a great deal of useful science for Stanford. Well done everybody. :thumb::thumb:
