Don't really see it as an ediejo replica.
Problem is I already had the ideas of a enlarged prom and a top compartment before ediejo's mod. The only thing I ''stole'' from him are the plexi plates between the compartments, but that's a thing I see in a lot of mods since Ed did it. Also the front of the case will be completely different, as I will have an enlarged lian li pc70 (or should I say pc140?) front, Ed has 2 prometeia fronts

That's what I mean with the ''pc140'' front

What are you trying to compensate?
    Hah, just kidding :p lol
I have the same problem (I mean with height dudes!! :p)
Love the way how you will incorporate such cooling into a non-ghetto solution.

Okay, you're doing some things different. (the front is even a little bit of _ferry_ and an Ed combi.) Do whatever you feel like! You're putting a lot of work in your mod and that is also an important thing of building a great mod.

Succes! (And still I think it's not completely original, but that's my thought ;) )

It isn't 100% original, I admit, but what is these days?
    I had a PC75, a prom, and I needed place for a leech pc, watercooling and 2 psu's... and a waterchiller

So I needed space... This is the nicest solution imho, and I'm making this mod for myself, just want to share it with you guys because I think you might like it

A large part of the world is modding, so it is almost impossible to not "copy" something from "someone". It is all in the fun you have with building your mod and giving it your own personal twist, is it not?

    Looks very, very nice!

Ok, time for some major update.

Had a lanparty last week, and I can tell you, there were many people looking at my case :D
    The transportcase is finished:

Back from the lan I started to take my lian li apart, and started modding, I received the second pc70 too.
I started by making the two drivebays to perfectly fit on each other:

as you can see I had to make a few ajustments to let the two bays fit.
After that I could place them in the chassis:

Today I modded the front and the upperplate so that they fit:

Now I have to wait until my second plexiplate arrives.
That's all folks, hope you like it!

Looks really nice mate :dremel:. I think it's ******** to say it isn't original, every mod is original in it's own way ;)

Looks great so far. Will you post your sketchup...I'm trying to plan out a PC-70 case and this could save me a ton of time.

    Thanks.

    Ok, guys.
I have the plexi and I already did some modding.
Problem is once again time :)
Tomorrow I have my first exam, so in the next weeks I won't be able to work on the mod again.
Will post some pics asap tho!

    Small update :)

Fitted the plexi today, and I made the bottom of the upper compartment :)
Installed some ccfl's to see the result and here goes:

The holes between the fronts are already corrected, don't have a picture yet, but the difference isn't big. :)
