Yeah, got to agree it was not a penalty.

 

im beyond mad, that was the worst way to end the world cup possiable. that is the most unfair, ******** call i have ever seen. 10 bloddy seconds, that was it, we could have gone into extra time and let the men sort out the winner, not some ****ing itallian pansy boy who has to take a fall because his grandmar farted in the next room.

that will forever be the worst call ever made by a ref.

the soccerroos deserved to contuine that game, they played a great match against a team ranked 4 times higher than them, they deserved to have extra time and actually play the game properly.

Just saw the end of Ukraine vs. Switzerland, I must say I was really hoping to see the Swiss win.

The ref in the game sure seem'd a bit "slow" - nearly every call I watched him make was made quite a bit after the the incident in question happened, and there were times when I thought a call should have been made when there wasn't. I don't think the ref affected the outcome of the game, but I still dislike seeing a ref that does not do a great job.

Erikkson is shite, they held their own but the first half was appauling. They havent improved their game the entire tournament. It's hardly suprising the result. Porta's didnt exactly play exceptional either, talk about lesser of two evils.

 

And the fact that England had Sven as a coach, playing people out of position and not having the balls to drop Rooney who didn't play well at any point in the tournament.

 

QFT. We have good players, but nothing that could translate into good football.
