So i figured after seeing so many puppie and kitten photos on bit-tech it would appropriate for my new wabbit to make an appearence. Her name is fudge
what do you think we did to the last one (put it too sleep infected leg, big cut ) rabbit £25, hutch...check your local tip, ours has like 4 sitting around waiting to be sold ^^, live off dry rabbit food, and some greenery, when your chopping carrots give some to them, same with broccolli etc, so thats free lol. most expensive bit is vet bills if it ever has a problem....spent £200 i think on the last one....oh well....
ya, vet bills are killers... is it a dwarf lop by any change? we had two: Tobias (mine) and.... Fudge (my little brothers) they make great pets even though ours were the stupidest rabbits in existance...
Nice rabbit, but as people have said, vets bills are expensive indeed - mostly because domestic rabbits are incredibly prone to disease and illness from inbreeding, even wild ones are a bit on the weak side.
That is awesomely cute. I really want a cute furry pet now, our cat's all old and scraggy now She's still nice but I want something soft to stroke (read into that what you will)!
My friend screamed at you Strategy. She says your cruel. But I'm gonna make her eat a rabbit Pie so she'll kill me.
Try $3000 in the first month for one dog in vet bills.(excludes inital price of the dog of $300) I got a lot of it back from the breeder under some lemon laws seeing how it was due to the breeder keeping the pups outside 24/7 which led to all the pups having sever worm infestations. After that was taken care of though she's been fine, hyper and extremly loving ever since.
2 grand for metal work on our cats back legs, hip and most back end.. next door neighbour kicked cat.
Yey, we've got a rabbit called Toby here (dont tell our land lady). Make sure you read all the books and get training it not to chew wires, not to eat the carpet, use a litter tray and not bite/nibble you (it a show of affection to rabits) from an early age, they get harder to train later on. edit: Ours is a dwarf lop, its the most curious rabit ever, and nothing scares it. Even dogs growling and baring teeth 2cm from its face, toby just carried on eating grass and gave the dogs nose a sniff.
Seconded. I'd be giving the neighbour the bill, not to mention telling the local animal welfare people. :\
