Those fill caps actually are pretty sweet! I'm glad you somehow modified the reservoirs as I'm not much of a fanboy when it comes to the stock ones...

Fill caps baby! Looking really sweet and it's a practical solution as well, nice, I like :hehe:

The fan blades are looking more like "stock" now, but I have to admit that with chrome blades there's too much chrome going on. Been polishing parts myself for the past two days, It feels good to get ones hands dirty again :thumb:

I'd tell you to keep it up, but I know for a fact that you will without me saying it, so what's the point :D

    Well keep it up anyways...

Not all chrome.. Lots of polished Alu.. Much more work..
Chrome-plate is EZ, drop off the parts, say "chrome this stuff"..
Polishing Alu, another story--- dirty-hard-work and time-consuming
    BUT, in the end.. All-Shiny-Stuff:

Modsquad, words wont do it. I can't even describe how good
the top looks. I know you didn't do the chroming
yourself, but you sure as hell could, taking a look at that fan.
And with the two plates chromed, a little piece of plexi,
the cap and eventually the red light, it just looks right.

Mod on, very very good. All my respects.

Thanks guys. I am pretty happy the the look. An added benefit of the acrylic reservoirs is the amount of light they emit with the use of a few LED's.
With (4) resevoirs and (10) LEDs mounted in them, I don't think I will need anymore lighting inside the case (we will see).
The flip-side of the acrylic reservoirs is that I would think the Alu versions would give you a degree (or two) lower temps. The Alu-body of the reservoir acts as a heatsink helping to cool the H20.. BUt, that's the price you pay..
Did not get anymore work done today.. :waah: Had some real-world stuff, which took longer than expected..
Next weekend will be work and an update (one of the last) on SG.
If I only had more time!!

ya I love the looks of those acrylic res but Im sticking with the alu version because they do aid in passively cooling the fluid not like I could get my hands on the acrylic ones anyways as they a are hard to get a hold and for the price of one is almost the price of two of the normal res. But boy do they look great.
