Joined (can't remember when, look over to the left & below my screen name ), lurked here for awhile before that after stumbling across this site and wizD through a google search.
I joined coz Hippo did.. lol - how bad is that. I don't know why.. I know nothing about computers.. all I know is that mine is white and green and is running out of space. If something goes wrong that can't be fixed by rebooting, I call someone who CAN fix it. At work - I'm on a first name basis with Steve from the IT department, lol.
I was into the modding scene quite heavily, back when cathodes cost £30 quid from PCmods.com I think i stumbled upon the case gallery here, lurked for a year or so then joined in 2001 as member 352 or thereabouts!
Well AFAIK im less than 314, due to same really old deletions and test accounts or something, i remember from a thread a while back, but 314 suits me! 1250~ posts in 6 years lol
I was starting to get into modding (mostly functional stuff at the time) - and stumbled upon the case gallery ... and stuck around. sorta. I know i dont post a lot anymore, but i now have a daughter, and am finally getting married in a few months, and actually have a real job! i do however read most of the articles (gotta love the google widgets) and an occasional thread or two ... all in all, this is still one of the best forums around. anywhere that people actually try to help each other out more than they try to increase the ever shrinking e-penii is a rarity these days. If i am not here, i am probably on WSGF or the Sabayon forums.
A M8 used to call himself the green dwagon, asked me to make him an MSN pic, I did A google image for a picture of a green dragon and came across a project log, it looked cool so i bookmarked the site and have come here ever since. I don't really post apart from asking questions but I have read every project log since I registered 2 and a bit years ago, they are all really good
A member of a car forum i'm on posted a link to the ORAC project log, I read a few threads and looked at lots of cool pics and decided to stick around. I have found it's become expensive though (gives me too many ideas, most of which I have no hope of ever making) .
Cant really remember, think i was a fairly active member of Futuremark forums and followed a few links here thought it was bad ass so the inevetabl...
Followed a link to Mashie's Y2K bug case mod from PCZone/CVG forums. stopped going to CVG/PCZone. I can also be found hanging out at [H]ardOCP and Hexus, but Bit is still home.
