    oh now I see :D
Yes I'll use it to hide the wiring of course.
The "Main-cable" will be a sleeved one, i think, which will come out on the right side. The two MDf plates will be connected by some screw which will then be spackled of course :D

    Update 30.6

    Update...

I've been working with my girlfriend on the expansio tank today.

We started of with 4 pieces of plexiglas, 2 of them with a diameter of 5cm and the other two with 4,6cm

taking a bottle of acrifix we glued one of each so they could fit in the plexiglas-tube.

We then painted them both black and polished the edges.

and here they are ready polished by my girlfriend and provided with a plug.

So after that i glued the fist piece to the plexiglas-tube for a first leak-test.
But as soon as I filled the tube there were first drops leaking out.
So i got myself sum epoxi resim and filled the leak.

here is a final pic of the tube as it was before the leak-testing:

NP. It wasn't really your web site home page, but the fact I couldn't follow the posts in german. And I like the fact that your girlfriend is helping you. My ex-wife hated computers, which made me wonder why she married me in the first place. :wallbash:
