A/V Decent headphones around 50 quid?

    hd555's are on iheadphones.co.uk for £65 were 56 a couple weeks ago.

    Try having a look at the Beyerdynamic DTX range. Got some DTX800s myself, although the 900s are meant to be rather good too.

    Is that not complete cock?

    What if you want high end closed phones, or electrostatics?

    For around 50 dabs I'd probably go for Grado SR60s, that's just due to having owned and listened to several different sennies (from throughout the range), and never liked them as much as my Grados.

    anything by skullcandy are quality headphones and all under budget www.play.com has them instock i can recomend the full metal jacket if you want in ear ones or either the terje nine's or the HESH series if you want ear cup ones

    Ugh, no offence, but try comparing some skullcandy's to Sennheisers or Grados. Huuge difference.

    On a sidenote: I bought my dad some Beyer DT770s for christmas. Little over your budget, but worth a look.
