I THINK if both the res tube and top are PET, (I know the coke top is PET,) You can fuse them together with acetone.
I'm worried that it won't be able to handle the pressure if you leave the loop sealed. The material is really flexible.
I'd hate to see such an awesome rig get wet.

Na all should be ok, coz ive made a custom res before out of perspex sheet, which was a square one, worked very well, no leaks, also i will be using poxy to glue it on, the bottom and top will have thick perspex. which will go into the tube and then glued. will be perfectly safe.

Thanks Colossous cant let you down , or anyone for that matter, things will take shape even if it takes longer than expected.

Just with work and not physically being able to go to the places to get my stuff, some things will take longer to get.

    Thanks guys

    :D Spray Paint/Vinyl
:D Gfx Card & Ram Coolers (Custom made Brackets for each to cool the Gfx card ramsinks and then the my Memory. Dont want those things getting hott now do we.
    :D Figure out the airflow.
:D Do DVDrom drive cover. Needs some attention.
:D Purchase better LED fans (UV Green)

    Anyway here are some pics

Looking really cool DoOb's, have you decided if you're going to polish it or any kind of finish yet ?

Im thinking vinyl colours inside for scratch purposes(panel covers) Inside of chassis will be sprayed with undercoat and then white., and then paint on the outside. Which will be silver black and green.

    Thanks Colossous :D

I've got a bit of a problem though, if i wanna take my pc out ive gotta drain the system, so the only way which i figure to do this is to put a dump valve or port at the bottom of the reservoir coz i cant get anything out without draining the system, Also piping will be re routed a lil hopefully, coz i dont like that T junction . i wanna get another block for my cpu with only two port's and not 3.

Then where there hole is where to pump pumps into the cpu block i want to lower that hole. will cover the other one up by making a designed piece of aluminum and then perspex piece.

Yea , then the wiring need to sort my powersupply out. have more molex connectors and cut the SATA ones off coz ive got extension ones instead.

sooo alot of tweaks in this troublesome case need to be done. hehe
