    Looks nice! Just a question: what size are the barbs on the coolermaster pump/cooling block and 2x40mm rad?

    @Burnout21 - Haha, thanks man.

    @The boy 4rm oz - Thanks mate... look below and wait no longer.

    @aon`aTv.gsus666 - Thank you very much.

    @arekieh - I saw those when they announced them actually... I want one but they are 6KG!

    @modsquad - Thanks bro

    @rakesh_sharma23 - Thank you

    @alpha_prime - The barbs on the Coolermaster pump/waterblock/rad are 7mm, the barbs on the 40mm RAD are 8mm. My plan is to wedge the 8mm barbs inside 7mm tubing.

    Updates...many updates.

    I have more to share but I'll save it for this evening.

    My NAKED RAM courtesy of Corsair - 8GB of 1066mhz Dominator.

    I have several more updates to share, but I've been really busy the past week and I've not had a chance to take pictures. I'll post more stuff this evening - with that will be pics of some more Corsair goodies.

    Thanks for reading.

    Wow, amazing work by MIPS. Kudos to them and to Corsair for providing the nekked modules too. Makes your work easier, I'm sure! ;)

    I love those Aqua blocks. I have one for my GTX280 too. Sweet.

    But - there is a SLI version of them, you dont have to use those 90 degree connectors.
    Here a picture of it. They are sold with that metal plate and conectors.

    P.S. - Don't ask me how these cards are connected and why they are connected parallely:) I have no idea, just found it on web:)

    @phinix - Yeah I saw those, and I had talked with AC about making one of these from copper. Instead I finally came to my own solution involving some fancy flow controlled junctions milled from billet copper.

    I had asked Corsair if they could at all provide me with the wires that go with their HX series PSUs.

    They responded over and above to my request:

    Wow! that motherboard looks heavy, and the NB is still nekkid! A copper SLI junction would have broke your back.

    Wow, staggering mate. You put a new spin on the phrase "Attention to detail." It also makes me think better of Corsairs reputation. lolol

    Corsair's reputation of being an awesome memory company? I'd say this underlines that! I've had nothing but smooth sailing (get the pun?) with Corsair's products over the years, and am 99% loyal to their products. Just about all my rigs have their RAM in it. And most have their PSU's in it.

    What did you sacrifice to Corsair to get that?

    Wow, this is officially the coolest thing I've seen this year.

    @skullen - Thanks a lot man!

    @phinix - That's pretty close to the plan. 2x pumps, CPU, 2xGPU, RAM, NB, SB, Mosfets, 1x 360mm RAD, 1x120mm RAD

    @Dark~3nergy - Thank you very much.

    @ComputerKing - Thanks, the memory and the PSU were given to me by Corsair.

    @Cheapskate - There still will be a copper junction, only it will be designed to alleviate weight strain on the motherboard. ;). As for the mosfets/NB/SB... I'm talking to Watercool about filling that gap - with that comes another pump and a 1.120mm rad.

    @AssassinGT -Corsair is a FANTASTIC company to deal with, incredible support and service. I've been very impressed.

    @E.E.L. Ambiense - I actually broke one of my Corsair original ram modules... the memory came off with the heatsink :duh:. This new stuff is fantastic and it works/looks wonderful in the mips block... kudos goes to them for some DAMN fine craftsmanship.

    @KayinBlack - Thank you very much sir... more to come. (3 roosters, BTW)

    I forgot the GPU blocks are custom to this project, cant help but think that the ram blocks need plating with copper, for the pure copper maddness!

    love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it!

    Small update. I wanted to upload these pics last night but Photobucket had other ideas.

    I've started ordering my hardware for this project. In the form of Brighton Socket Cap Allen Bolts, and Coutersunk Allen Bolts.
    I still havent got my hands on the smaller bolts as they were special order, but here's the big stuff.
    The below sizing ranges from 4-40, to 1/4-20 - I've ordered a couple hundred in each size.
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    I got 100 carbide rods, the purpose of these will be revealed much later.
    [IMG]

    With those come six 36"x1/2"x1/16" copper flat bars. I will be bending these to fabricate cable ties and wire harness brackets.
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Also, 15' of 3/8" split loom tubing - this will be used on the Pico watercooling tubes, and on a couple wires that wont be seen.
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    I also started bending my prototypes, and as expected I don't have the tools to do this to the level that I desire.

    In light of this I've taken the liberty of sending the whole fabrication of these parts to China.
    I will have a Chinese company fabricate these things to perfection from copper plate in the near future.
    The parts that I have will work perfectly for what I intended them to do - these aluminum bits will be installed to allow me to continue fabrication of other parts. Also I've already made a couple of design changes that will be applied to the final copper bits.

    Thanks for reading, more to come very soon.
