I was sick today, headache like a hammer from hell, colds and hot periods. But then I fell over this thread (about 4 hours ago) and I was hooked. And now, on page 55, I have no headache, no fever like symptoms, just a smile from ear to ear and wanting to read more. I lived all through it like reading a biographic story, including the sidesteps from top secret military carbon, audio cables, expensive power cords, de-soldering pins from a non leaded motherboard to "annoying persons" asking on every page how much dollar is spend or will be spend. One dollar or fifty thousand dollar, it wont matter. The outcome will always be yaw dropping awesome and inspiring to the modding community.

    I bow to you...

    Wanna one of these?

Then buy one ;) - AC has relaunched their famous Copper Aquatube.

I follow this thread since the start and i love it. Every part is build with such precision and as an result the result is stunning. The AT will fit in perfect ;)

Never buy just one of anything! It will get lonely and be miserable.

One is the loneliest number ...

In the spirit of progress, I decided to change my fittings and tubing style and configuration to accommodate the new reservoirs.

I made a "small" AquaTuning.de order just now:

and as I mentioned I also have 2 of these puppies en-route as well...

With special thanks to Shoggy from Aquacomputer for giving me the heads up on their re-release (I pleaded with him several months back for a pair of these reservoirs... so I'm elated to see them available again).

More stuff to fit into this already jam packed case. I may only be able to fit one of these reservoirs into Prometheus... but not a big deal I'll be happy to have a spare "copperTube" in my collection of parts.

Today I spent the afternoon in the shop preparing my drawings and the machine for cutting. I'll be going back to the shop Monday/Tuesday to complete cutting of the FINAL carbon parts.

TUESDAY there will be much progress. Stay tuned until then. ;)

people need to know the price.. About $125US each.. Tall-Paper..
The running total for your project is just ... Staggering.... Cost no object.. 0-ya...

@ModSquad - I know they are steep but I begged AC to bring these back last summer... luckily they threw some sympathy my way this time around ;)

@Kayin - What are you up to now? Fragarach?

@Omen - Thanks mate.. good to jump back into it. =)

@Fatality Thanks a lot. Cutting begins Monday.

@hedoe - Haha... more soon man, more soon!

In the spirit of the 'RealRedRaider forums' overkill style that I've come to love and appreciate I've decided to step up my fans, and with them my fan controller...

I emailed Sidewinders for a quote on the below just a few moments ago:
[edit]: I revised my order - swapped the AFB1212SHE fans for AFB1212GHE models instead (the difference between the two is 151.85 vs 240.96cfm)[/edit]

The thermal material and cleaner is for another unrelated project.
