Ahhh, he soldered the PSU cable to a plug in the backplate. If you do this then you can hide the internal PSU cable behind the mobo tray and still unplug the external PSU cable. This is genius.

I vote for a clear acrylic top.

 

i vote for the grill version

interesting mod !

 

You should keep both the black alu grill and acrylic, light the acrylic with leds, makes for a very cool effect under the black grill. But its your case, do what you want man =]

Nice side window, but if I may a little constructive criticism xD In my contry, bout 40% of case mods are made with lian li case, and don't ask me why, but everyone makes the window on the outside, for a change id'l like to see one on the inside xD I know it takes up small iet valueable space but it would me cool to see Don't take me wrong it's awesome that way but if you could route the frame of the acrilic to fit the window making it smeeless that would look realy great and contrast with the top

but from what i see, almost all the case i saw had window inside.
(in my case, the case arcylic aready been cut to fit outside, hard to cut and refit it)
