Just joined FaH for the first time - starting with my work lappy. I'll install the client at home on my desktop later this week.

Silly question really - but this is a dual core laptop - do I subtract 2 cpu's or just one? I've assumed one for safety.

Subtract 1 per CPU, not per core as far as I know. Anyone wiser that I feel free to correct that ;)

1 if you are running the normal client or 2 if you are running the SMP client.

    Just added a new Phenom II X4 940 BE @ 3.4 - 2 SMP clients

...and an old Pentium D 930, but FAH is literally burning up the CPU
