I've recently been playing deagle only for some challenge, but... I'm gonna lose internet connection for a couple of weeks (starting today) so I had to go whoop-ass for one last time.
CoD:UO... good times. I still miss that game, they just haven't quite matched it with the newer cods.
cod:uo is still my all time fave multiplayer game sadly most of the servers still running seem to be boring old tdm tho

You need to play some hardcore mode I haven't unlocked much so far, but I'm quite liking the TAR-21 and the SCAR, although I don't the the M4 at all. Still waiting on my FAL, I'm hoping it's going to be the new G3
I only play HC in CoD4, but for one reason or another it feels just messed up in MW2. Also is there other HC but TDM? I thought HQ Pro would be HC, but nope...
Yeah I've never liked S&D. It just doesn't work on pubs, methinks. I would, however, enjoy HC Domination, CTF and HQ. (also dedi servers, console, drawfps.... whoops lets not go there)
I can't stand HC. The only reason I don't disregard it completely is the easy pistol kills. It's a pity there's not 1st person team tactical because in my Xbox days that was probably the most enjoyable game mode. I'll see what it's like 3rd person since I actually quite enjoy the 3rd person mode.

I don't get the draw with HC. It immediately makes every weapon into a ridiculous insta-gib rifle and pistols become the new long range gun of choice. Where is the skill in that? I have to only put 1 bullet on target through 50 walls instead of maybe 5+ (1 in the head ofc) on normal. Enlighten me...
In MW2, I agree with you, but it was a different story in MW1 and WaW where the weapon damage on the regular modes is lower, and Juggernaut was a real PITA. It wasn't just about the lower health though, it was about not having a HUD or radar, and I just found it was more enjoyable with less grenade spamming going on. In MW2 though, it's a camper's paradise, and now the grenades have much reduced damage and blast radius and with the removal of the 3x frags and Juggernaut perks the regular modes are now much more enjoyable, for me at least.
I want a cross-breed between NC and HC. It's utterly ridiculous you need two headshots on silenced snipers in the normal core. Also it's just WRONG to get killed from 100 meters away with a single pistol hit. Apparently IW just can't balance things at all... Or just don't care. Also I'd like to personally burn down the house of the person who thought the 1887 akimbo was ever a good idea. That **** is so overpowered it makes both baby seals and jesus cry. But yeah no more MW2-whine in this thread pls. Sorry I ever got started on that one. Haven't been owning too much, and the overall KDR in the stats just blows.
