Welcome to Bittech and great start on your mod. The logo turned out really nice. I can't wait to see how your mod will turn out.

my little daughter: 6 months old! [/ B]

I bought 2 spruce afford 20x20x2000 (mm). This had to be cut to length, I use my jigsaw with a selfmade SAW TABLE (+ ROLL TABLE)

    material: hinges, wood usw...

I screwed the hinges to the board (must be very accurate)

    the roll table
    [IMG]

    ready :) :D
    [IMG]

Now I had to customize the jigsaw
    [IMG]

fits!, almost 4 holes in the sleigh, i attached the jigsaw with the table
    [IMG]

    cut to length,
    [IMG]

    finished, works perfectly:)

ok, it is very sick :D
    but it works!
(my circular saw is broken :( )

    ready!

    uuuf,... it fits :)

back to the mounting angles, marked, and also just drilled!

Computers and fire is cool, but I'm a bit worried of wood and fire.. :D

Good work there, but seriously I'll have my doubts about the fire until I see you pull it off without burning your house down :)

    @ the_beast: yes !!!! fire :D

@ jipa: thanks, i hope i dont look like him: http://boba.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/burning_man.jpg

I think I will use "bio-ethanol", lamp oil is a "dirty" solution (soot development)

    My experiences:
    FUEL PASTE:
    - Not realy for inside using
    - Smells...
    - Ugly "flare"

    + Flexible
    + Cheap
+ Can be ignited from the cup dirket

    Lamp Oil:
    - Smells
    - Smokes
    - soot...
    - Insecure

    + Cheap
    + Long burns
+ Everybody knows:) fondue, etc. ..
    + nice flame

    therefore I will use bioethanol:
    Bio Ethanol:
    + Best visual flare
    + Safe
    + No smell
    + No soot
+ Flame burns at the surface, you can designed the "fire" as you want

    - 1L burns approximately 3 hours

i fight against the flu, the last 2 weeks!

atm i testing: the flame, the quantity, and heat

now i use ethanol, so I try a bit around!
in my "old" oil lamp ethanol dont burn!
so I can forget this variant!

ethanol in a stainless steel cup!

    1, 2, 3, .... FIRE !!!!!!
I think it is a very nice flame, burns great, does not stink, but the heat makes me :eyebrow:!
The cup is in the height of the flame, warm (NOT HOT), in the lower range (under the flare line) cold!

Now I will have a "problem" with my case design!
hmmmm..... I will build me a stainless steel container ;) :D
