well the Asrock X58 deluxe lasted me an good 2 mins before i Blow out one or two VRMS (was more of an Fuzz) (Prime95 @ 3.6ghz i think)

important note to make sure that Bios is up to date {Overload protection} and chipset/VRM heat-sink is cooled (that seems to be more likely why it died on me but the load was only on for very short time but i guess long enough, i was water cooling as well for the first time so no air over the VRM heatinks or chipset one, think i cooked the VRMs on an perfectly working motherboard) can't send the motherboard back as it was bought as broken, the corner was broken due to to much force putting the ATX power in (its how it was bought)

the ATX power connector on Asrocks X58 boards is in an Very bad weak spot Right next to the brass standoffs, the Broken corner issue had nothing to do with the VRM overloading or overheating that was my doing

the CPU was fine lucky as it worked in the P6T SE still (water cooling with an cool it domino ALC for now until i can work out how to get the bracket off with out damaging the motherboard)

 

I hit 4 Million in the past couple of days. I've been waiting for months to hit 4M, and with only one rig going (intermittently might I add) it's been a long hard struggle, but well worth it nonetheless. I'll be rebuilding at least one rig in the next couple of weeks and hope to get it running again soon, but that'll be it until my new multi GPU machine is up and running, which (for testing purposes) will be mid summer and the final assembly of the enclosure and components will be some time between then and the end of the summer, depending on how busy I am and therefore how much free time I have to work on it.

On to 5 Million I say!

Well done to everybody with their milestones over the last little while.

I'm pleased to say that I overtook Coolamasta last night (sorry mate) to regain 3rd place in the team. I also reckon I should hit 50 million points sometime today/tomorrow.

Finally got past 14 million points (and clivem) with an astonishing 190,014 points in one day. I guess all of my bigadv machines must have completed their units at more-or-less the same time. They run at different speeds but I'm hoping for a few more days like that.
