700W, see sig for specific. Overkill for my needs, it just happened to be on an amazing sale at time of purchase.
I'm thinking about upgrading my GPU to a Radeon58XX or a GTX 470/480. But Right now I can only afford a better PSU.
BFG 450 Watts. This is actually the first "real" power supply I've bought. In all my other builds I went the cheap route and scavenged PSUs from old Dells and HPs. I haven't seen a BSOD from overclocking yet. (In a Borat voice) "It's nice"
500 watt seasonic. Not sure if it's really adequate for my system. The PSU calculators out there tell me it is xD. Am thinking of getting a 650watt HX corsair, in case I upgrade my graphics card.
550W Be Quiet DDP. I couldn't conceivably use it all without going multi-GPU, and people with 1000W PSUs frankly have something to prove
I've got a Hiper Type M 580W here, it's been going absolutely fine since Christmas 2006 If me case is getting hot (usually because the rear fan has decided not to spin up) then it can get quite noisy, but usually its fine. I don't get why the modular ones was the Type R and the non modular (which I have) was the M
X-Power 400w - Not the best quality but have no problems for the last year of ownership. Soon to take ownership of a 1U T-Win 400w psu. Probably loud but it's the only size psu that will fit in project o². I don't want to have a external psu ><
Cheers for that, got the rig up and running now, just learning a bit about the bios and then i will plan on OC'ing.
