    Hi all

Today i turned on my comp and checked my emails only to find an email confirming the purchase of 5000MSP. Although i haven't checked with my dad to see if anything has one from his account he wouldn't have bought me them on purpose. It isn't a fake as i have checked xbox live market place and i indeed have 5000 MSP. Is this some free promotion i haven't heard about?

I'm a little worried as to how this has happened and would like to know if this has happened to anyone else. i will check with my dad to see if a legitimate purchase has been made and if one has been made, does anyone know how i could refund such a purchase as i doubt my dad would like to lose that much wonga in a single accidental purchase.

ED- i have since talked to my dad and it is apparent that money has been taken from his account without his knowledge. does anyone know where i can go to find refunding.

What Microsoft have done is actually illegal. So if they don't refund you they're in big trouble.

It says the time the purchase was made and i was in bed at that time (if you must know 7:30 this morning). No one else knows my password for my account (its the most secure one I've ever concocted - a series of random digits. And even if by some miracle anyone had my password, i don't see the criminal logic in buying me the most expensive MSP package available?!

@Steve Could you perhaps give me the contact info for CS as i can't seem to find it.

If you don't get a good response from ms, ask your dad to speak to his credit/debit card company, they're usually pretty darned good at this sort of thing.
