Ah, you can pick up an NVIDIA 8400 for about 20-25 quid. It's pci-e wud do the job.

You should be able to use the video card in one of the pci slots on the board. Just had a quick look at the board manual and yours has 2 pci slots below the 2 pci-e x1 slots. The bios of the board should recognise the graphics card.

    this

I'd be surprised if you managed to find a board that doesn't even have 1 PCI slot.

Just a note, Windows Vista/7 specification requires a Graphic card with 128MB of memory minimum. Other benefits:
    - Performing 720p/1080p video chat (example: Skype)
    - Run properly Windows Vista or 7 and possibly later versions
    - Ability to play 720, 1080p videos (and even 480p HQ videos) smoothly (also assuming that the CPU is a dual core Atom 1.6GHz or faster)
    - Execute program that uses the GPU, like Google Earth (ie: it won't crash at startup)
    - Support for hardware acceleration web browsers (Firefox 4, IE9, and latest Chrome, all support hardware acceleration for fast page rendering and full smooth HTML5 support)
    - Support for advance 2D drawing and 3D support

So definitely get any low-end Nvidia or ATi/AMD graphic card with 128MB of memory or better. I believe a Geforce 8200, 9400, 9500, or Geforce 210 should fit your budget and provide a full Win7 ready computer.

I just find shameful to get a whole new Win7 ready computer, and put a crappy non-Win7/Vista ready graphic card. I know that many OEM used to do that when Vista got released, and played a big part in Vista failure, but not a reason.

I don't quite understand exactly what your problem is.

    1) The card fits in the PCI slots but it doesn't work
    2) The card does not fit in the PCI slots

    If it's 1 then... lets hope it's not 1 :p

If it's 2 then... exactly what's wrong? The slots you think are PCI aren't really PCI slots and your card is a PCI interface? The slots are PCI slots, but your card is an AGP interface not a PCI interface?

How about providing us the EXACT model of your video card. Please save us from a headache.
(and I STILL insist in returning that card, and get a one with 128MB of memory with Win7).
