My new Sandy Bridge rackmount build (pre-liquid cooled) Lian Li PC-C32B Case Antec 1000 Watt Power Supply ASUS P8P67 Deluxe Motherboard Intel Core i7 2600k Processor Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz Dominator Memory EVGA GTX 480 (Return RMA from a GTX 295 ) Intel X25-M 80GB Solid State Drive Intel X25-M 160GB Solid State Drive I would like to do a chiller under the system or find a good rackmount solution with radiators. I also have a second GTX 480 but don't think I'll take advantage of SLI so it probably won't end up in this build. I've really had a hard time trying to figure out how to chill this system and have it look good. I wish Hailea made chillers that just slid right into a rack If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it.
I was actually looking at that. Do you happen to know if the radiator stand is rack-mountable? The dimensions seem about right...

You sure that Quiklok rack/table is a standard 19" wide (internally)? It looks like one of these to me: http://www.quiklok.com/catalog/?p=productsMore&iProduct=469&sName=Z-612 Love it by the way!
It is a standard 19" rack but from the inside of the mounts it measures 17.75 inches or roughly 45cm. the width of that stand is 42cm so I'm only off by 3cm - That should be no problem with some rackmount ears and a little bit of modding If anyone has a better idea I'm open for that as well... Thanks for the comments too! I also forgot to mention the handywork of my buddy Mike who cut the window into my side panel. He did a great job!
Alright here is the liquid cooled product. Liquid Components Used: EK HF CPU Block EK GTX 480 Block EK Radiators (2 x 240) Swiftek D5 Pump with EK Top Koolance Quick Disconnects and Compression Fittings Tygon 1/2" ID Tubing Feser UV Blue Fluid (still need to add UV lighting) This system was built at our Local A to Z Computers here in Riverdale Utah. Thanks to my co-worker Mike for his help with the window and some minor case/psu mods.
Noise lvls are very low. Its almost completely silent. The only fan I can really hear is the PSU fan. Temps are also very cool about 50c under a full load. Overall I am very happy with how this build turned out.
Beautiful build! Makes me want a rack myself now. Are those external connectors disconnectable without spillage?
One of the best classy watercooling builds I have seen, great to see someone doing something a bit different.
They worked without spilling a couple times but the female ends no longer seal, so what I think I'm going to do is get a couple spare male ends and make a "U" to close the seal on the female ends when I'm transporting it. Thanks again for all the comments. I posted this build on a couple other forums and this is the only place that really seams to care.
GPU sits at about 60c when I'm gaming, cpu is around 40c Running fur mark and prime95 for a couple hours the GPU hit 70c and the CPU hit 66c, that is while gpu is clocked to 850mhz (stock 700) and cpu running at 4.8ghz (stock 3.4)
Stuff like this seriously makes me consider getting a rack for my next set up - Great way of combining all my PC and guitar gear. Also, the idea of building up a dedicated HDD rack and fully isolating it all is seriously temping.
