Windows NFS Shift 2

Hi guys, does anyone else think the career mode is shorter than shift 1? It just seems as though im getting through the game quicker than I did that one.

 

Never tried Shift1, though the career mode seems quite well balanced if a little light on the more modest cars available - it would be good to see more events for the retro/standard road cars in my opinion.

Is anyone else having issues with the game not awarding the cash bonuses when you level up? I reckon I must be out a good couple of million now, I'm level 20 and haven't gotten the cash bonus for the last 3 levels

Very frustrating when there's quite a few cars I want to buy.

 

Ive not however it seems to be fairly common from reading around.

 

Anyone get an occasional (pretty infrequent) drop in their audio volume when mid race? I get this in F1 2010 too, can't seem to work out why...

 

I had strange audio on my xfi. It's better on the onboard sound I think.

TIL you have to set permissions on individual replays to share them.

I've been trying to nail some good times on Road America, my favourite track. Got within a gnat's chuff 00:00:238 of SMC, though in a Merc McLaren which is a beast in the corners. Will try some more later, and maybe with a more compliant car

I need friends for autolog. Where is this "list" you mentioned?

Using DFGT, and currently they work well. However Shift 2U has stupid dead centre floating issue. You basically can do small right left turns without affecting the car at all.
