PC DirectX 11 Issues Please Read Anybody getting Arkham City should probably take a little read of the attached link. What a joke...I am sure the game play itself will be solid, but for early adopters, looks like we will be doing some Q&A testing for Rocksteady. Nothing new there then! Bloody lazy developers.
Humbug! Can someone tell me, when was the Steam pre-load opened up? I haven't checked on this, does it automatically sort itself out?

Yea but is it 9 hours till we can play it or 9 hours till they put up another count down. Swear we have gone through 3 release dates already.
^_^ I went retail via Game and they shipped it out yesterday, so it arrived this morning. I'll wait until tomorrow though before I try play it because you never know what Microsoft will do when you try play a game before the official release date. Don't worry chiper136, they won't be pushing back the date again as they've already started shipping it from some retailers (as noted in my joyful comment of receiving my copy above). Steam's date only changed so close the the Nov 18th release date because the clever guys behind their database forgot to update the store page on the 8th when it got changed for everyone else. They were probably too busy dealing with the hacking issue.
5 minutes! Pre-loaded and ready. I also made some lovely pasta, chicken and lettuce and stuck it in the fridge for a snack in a few hours when I need a 10minute break from breaking faces. Edit: Decrypting it seems to be stuck on 93% . Edit 2: It took awhile but its done
Yet another triple A game broken on release. Why are publishers not held to account on this. It is happening EVERY time to varying degrees of severity. In this case selling the PC version as having these new/additional features to the console version then releasing it broken is surely false advertising.
Preordered the game through STEAM more than a month ago, game is listed on my game page, except there is no install button, no play button and store page says : Are you kidding me ? And seems like not only me, but Italy, Ukraine, Croatia and Japan as well. And i guess more and more countries have this problem as well. Nice way for STEAM to drive customer away. Really nice job Valve.
I have had it in my list on steam.since i used my free code for it, started the download last night though it was quite late so stopped it lol
I have it on my game list for over a month MrDomRocks. It is just that it still says "coming soon", no play button, no install button, store page says it is region locked... I wonder what region when even people from Italy can't play the game.
