Soon be time to give my Cosmos a bit of a makeover. Few new bits and bobs. How it looks at the mo Ive started on the panels there the same as the ones ive got in the case now but newer alu and carylic panels then they will be covered in vinyl. This build will be a bit of a slow start as i am still waiting on a few bits to arrive. Some pics where i am at the mo New floor panels using acrylic alu plate and angle Panel to cover the side of the bays Ready for cut outs First cut done and finished panel Not sure what im gonna do at the front yet so ive cut two panels for the front Still need some work on them but im happy at the mo how they look. How i hope they will look after some more work on them before and after. covered some panels in carbon fibre white vinyl. Not the best i know but they will do. Floor panel and side done and covered This panel is for the front of the bays where the res will sit on,still a few bits to do to this panel, sorry bad pic crap phone Stuck side panel in for a test fit New cpu block, flow meter pump top and Aquearo(old pic have now got the black face plate) New face plate on my Aquaero Also got a power adjust face plate but wont be using the modules you can get for these. Carefully drilled the three holes on the front a bit bigger for three 3mm red leds Got an old zalman fan controller and took some bits off Controller fitted to the back of the unit, the leds will run off this. Couple of pics of the units together Thats where i am at the mo soon be time to strip the case for a rebuild. Thanks for looking.
Judging by your previous builds I would say this is going to be another top build. The fist bit looks superb already.
loved the original and im sure what you are doing will be great. cosmos s is still the sleekest case money can buy.
Thanks for the replys, its much appreciated Well its up and running but i could have done a better job on a few things. Its no where near as good as the builds on this forum Some pics Temps are good so thats a bonus. Not bad for an old git Thanks for looking
ive had a look and im convinced you cosmos is bigger than mine, how have you managed to fit so much in it ans make it look so tidy!?!? amazing.
Skull, any ideas to make another piece of acrylic and use it for the entire front panel? So the Aquatube and rad etc are all bolted onto the same bit?
