I'm trying to figure out 'WHY' I even need a HDD in my Sniper. 2.5 SSD fit most anywhere for OS and swap space.

32 Gb USB drive would load OS and hide in sleeving and shrinkwrap if disassembled.

I too need some interior shots.

    Feed the Need!

    Love this build.

I just started another custom PC build for AMD, to giveaway. I'm really excited about this one! the theme is the new "DIRT" Showdown game... and those of you have followed my work, know that I love all types of vehicles and creating car themes, so I'm going to have lots of fun. ....AMD is offering chance for you to win this PC when it's finished. I'm also recording the build progress for YouTube, and hope to start a worklog here, if my time will permit.. watch the updates as they progress.

Was this build for a customer? I especially love that res, you turned that case into something that folks may want to buy just to turn it into something new.

    Amazing, as always

Nice transformation of an otherwise crap case. Dont get me wrong, the idea behind the LanBoy is nice, but the execution....well i dont need to tell you!

Almost have video of Kyle's visit finished!

and here is system photos as promised. It's been upgraded to Intel Core i7 970. The i7 is cooled with XSPC Raystorm CPU waterblock. The motherboard is EVGA's X-58 Classified with 12 GB of Corsair's DDR3 Dominator-GT and ASUS GTX 560 DirectCUII. Powered by NZXT's 850 Watt PSU with Win7 on Mushkin's 120 GB "Callisto" SSD.

She's a beaut, bro. You guys did a helluva job on her!

Of course, I still agree with Kyle regarding the sledgehammer idea. :hehe: But not now though. That would ruin a perfect piece of artwork. It's a reflection on the capability of good modders turning something that was a piece of poop into an exquisite diamond. Alchemy at its best! Like I said on FB; perfect example of polishing a turd and making it look excellent.

    Ferrites on the GPU power?
You could have smashed it with the res instead of a sledge.
Turds: Truly the last frontier in found object modding. I don't think the medium has been used yet. I don't think anyone has a pile of poo sitting around and thinks, "I can make that into a computer!"
