Sounds good! I know quite a few people who specialise as Heavy Transport pilots (Chinooks mostly) in Arma 2. It's useful to have someone around who knows how to get a big bird in and out of a hot zone!

Me, I prefer the role of a grunt. If anyone wants a volunteer for the Folorne Hope squad then I am up for that - 'needs of the many' and all that! Besides, I now have insurance!

 

Am I going to be the only fly by wire Pirate from Bit-Tech?

From what it sounds like at this point, a Bengal carrier is going to be so expensive that only groups can afford one, not a single player. Makes sense to be honest, something that size won't be cheap to buy or run!

And also, I get the impression that there will only be a few available in the universe.

We could try dock one with multiple ships and then stealth raid it once inside...kinda hit and run, let no one escape

With these two games, 2013 and 2014 are going to be something special. I think they are even going to knock Arma 3 off my 'Most anticipated game ever' list! That's saying something!

 

Yep can't wait! How similar will this game play to previous series like wing commander, privateer, and xwing vs. tiefighter? Is there a storyline as well or is this just an open world simulator in the strictest sense?

Seems I missed an opportunity to invest in some of the early benefits...I'm sure there will be ample opportunities over the next two years.

RSI Constellation
