Project Wening My Arse off Nicotine is going well. Gennies have 8mg juice in them and drippers have 3mg juice.

    Whee.

Ah; truly the mind of a modder I have. I've only had this Ipod one day and the Hard drive already annoys me.

I'm going to put a compact flash card in this thing.

Having rescued a Boomslang from an electric fence this weekend. What an awesome animal, what an awesome experience to go out in the middle of a night because an old lady screams "snaaaaake" and so cool to rescue it.

unbeknownst to us at the time, the thing was shot with an air rifle earlier that day, and as such didn't survive for long (it was also - understandably - quite bitchy, and we couldn't check it properly). Sad, but it was cool to still try.
FWIW, the Boomslang is BEAUTIFUL, even the females.

yes... and the fact that it has no proper English name that I know of.
Also, I have seen them in SO many colour variations.

Females are usually brown, but the males... 0_0

Clearing out some of the cupboards in my room and I stumbled across my old Ideazon Zboard.

Really nice theory, spoiled by being too tall and using the squishiest rubber domes I've ever had the misfortune to feel. Makes my Sidewinder X6 feel smooth in comparison.

Passed my Van driving assessment at work today - means I can now use the vans to pick up a million old pc's instead of the boot of my lovely clean car...

I share your puerile humour, I saw an order in our system the other day from a Phil Boobyer and couldn't stifle a chuckle.

Just uploading this http://spcawindhoek.org.na/ and getting good feedback.
it's a rush-job done for free (I am, since November the chairman of the Windhoek SPCA, so I cannot profiteer off them - not that I'd want to), and it's my first trip into Bootstrap land.

It's going to inevitably grow, but time was limited in this case.

After 3 weeks without hot water (except from the kettle) I finally got my geyser replaced. Luckily it's summer here, so it wasn't sooo bad.

DSC_0251edit by Lance Welch, on FlickrI've had the same image turn up in the past. Good times.

My awesomeness is that yesterday I managed to really push the boat out in the gym, and have started to pull ahead of other people in my circuits class, which is quite a cool feeling.
