So not happy to see someone then....

I use a slip these days and I don't think I could go back to a wallet, still I think these are cool, a friend of mine uses one.

It's not the absolute greatest monitor ever made, but my 22" Samsung decided to have a breakdown and turn half the panel red, so I needed a replacement urgently.

Image quality is reasonable- feels a tiny bit washed out but that might just be because the Samsung was over-saturated. That said, the display itself is really attractive- matt black and with a really thin bezel (7mm on the sides). I wish the stand wasn't so boring looking so might have to look into a monitor arm, but otherwise very pleased for £140.

What scale is that? 1/35th? Pretty neat that there's such detail.

To be fair most people who saw them at work couldn't work out what they were either

Yep 1/35 scale got some styrene tubes etc coming so I can make more. Getting bits together to model this and do some interior details.

Me and a friend used to find discounted battleship models, build and paint them. Then once a year when his field flooded set them free and take shots us them with our air rifles from his bedroom window : P I wish I was a teenager again :grr:

This arrived yesterday. Its a unused Carrera Subway Zero frame, which is a 700c variant of their subway range, that has horizontal dropouts, so this bike is going to be a fixie.

Funny you should say that....I have an Indestructibles project log for making such novelties. I used to be a right pyro back in the day : P

I glued some primer caps to the end of the pellets!
