Hope it travels well, does look pretty solid though. :D

Heck of an awesome looking project Bill, video or more pictures to come?.

I really like the look of even just the base alone, would make for a nice looking HTPC.

Thanks again for watching and posting your comments guys! and Cheaps, check your voice mail..... Update on things atm. I bought a 3' x 3' x 3' KEAL road case on Craigslist, similar to this one but Red. It's a lot bigger than this photo leads you to believe. I need to cut out the dividers inside. It was originally used to ship Instruments, but now will used for shipping this build to Frozen's headquarters in NY. The case will strapped to skid for transport truck, to avoid FedEx or UPS.

@cheaps, I see you tried connecting over skype last week, we'll have to schedule a day & time to catch up

@fanatic, that was only pic I could find of similar case by KEAL. this is bigger and Red, and I need to sand it, and respray it Grey or Silver tomorrow if times allows...

The previous owner of the KEAL road case told me it was originally used by Medtronic to ship Instruments. I have to remove the individual compartments to fit the Frozen Tech Station. I've already scheduled freight truck pick-up for Monday afternoon. The road case will be strapped to a skid.

The 1/2" thick dividers are made from wood, and were riveted into the frame with metal brackets.

I will cut and re-use the grey foam to line the interior of the case.

Using 3M Super Spray 77 adhesive to re-install the grey foam and repair and portions of the liner that is sagging.

Spring clamps hold liner in place as Super 77 adhesive cures.

I'll use this 3M Scotch 233+ Green Masking Tape to outline the handles and corner guards
