silver kill coil?

    planning a loop for my pc. is silver kill coil still recommended? its only consisting of old EK rad, ek d5 revo/res, ek socket 2066 cooler , mayhems tubing and mayhems xt clear liquid.

    my last build few years ago i used kill coil with mixed metals nickel block gpu block, copper cpu block and some of the tubing that was apparently leecing plasterriser

    Do they recommend it with that fluid? Check the website. If it doesn't, then don't worry. Are you mixing metals again?

    AFAIK Mayhem's has corrosion inhibitors and biocide so no silver coil needed :thumb:

    cool, and not ever gonna be mixing metals again this loop is for cpu block. gpus will be a seprate loop at a later date.

    You shouldn't ever mix ally and copper - but nickel and copper are just fine :thumb:
