Storage Screws for mounting M.2 on Asus B250M Plus

    Just got my new board up & running but it's missing the spacer nut and screw to mount an M.2 drive on the board.

    It's an Asus Prime B250M Plus as linked

    At the moment, I have it held down with a loop of cotton...

    These look hard to find and seem $$$ on ebay.

    Anyone know what thread/pitch the screws are? I could get a long one and make a spacer myself

    Most likely M2 (as in ISO 2mm).

    A bit of googling suggests M2 x 3mm

    M2 for an M.2, how apposite! :grin:

    Thanks N, that's very kind of you. These mounts are not the usual height for some reason, about 6mm off the deck, so the normal screws don't reach.
    Let me see how I get on today at the hardware shop, and I'll update later
