New card arrived today. I swapped out the 1060 from my other machine, gave it a test run and it worked just fine (tried both rails too as the 1060 only needs 1x6 pin connector). So I'm back up and running. I'll ask Amazon about the dead 780Ti nicely, as I spend a fair bit with them and we'll see what they say. Thanks for all your contributions
