Wot voltage is the led in the pioneers btw (cause i have a black slot one to go in my case).

    and

    not working btw :(:(

I dont get it - why does the acrylic cement/adhesive only have a 1-2yr shelf life?? What's the advantage of thinner viscosity too - cause i was thinking of getting some like WELD-ON 16 which is in a tube from my local modelling shop.

Words are not enough for that article!

But I can't really see how the cage is attached...
And does the lid have some sort of locking mechanism?

ok first off thats a great case

As liner seams to be the acrilic boff , iam wonder if i could pick ur brains about a few things .

If u have some spare time could u have a look this plastic at www.farnell.co.uk product code 320-2458 , do u think this type of plastic will be ridiged i.e. no flex ???

Am planning to ues the above platic for very small case 15x12x4mm and maybe another a bit bigger . Iam thinking of uesing the 3mm thick would u agree ??

Finally what sort of glue would be best , i was going to ues this from farnell product code 224-352 , is this sutiable or would u have a better suggestion ???

Thanks for any help it much apricated.

    w00t :p

Looks really cool, perhaps better than 'clear pc' case cos of originality.

I'm not too sure about the practicality of the case fans but because of the cases simplicity i think you pulled it off :D

    very nice.

First, I can't seem to access Farnell's site right now, I've had trouble with that before as well...

You'll get flex from thicknesses less than about 3/16", roughly 5mm.

Sorry I can't see the cement to comment on it.

that's the bit, but I didn't use the 565 attachment. If you buy it, buy the 565 kit, it's a better deal--the attachment and three or four bits as I recall.

It was a yellow LED, so probably ~2V.

The solvent cement is essentially Methyl chloride, and as I uderstand it, it latches onto water from humidity in the air, leading to cloudy joints. So Weld-on #4 has a bit of diacetone alcohol in it to make it resist the tendency to take on water. Superscrubber could probably enlighten us somewhat more...

Weld-on #16 is thicker, and some people prefer to work with it. It's a little easier to get an invisible joint with the #4 or #3, that's why I used it.

And the fan on the Intel HS is a Sanyo Denki, seems extremely quiet. ;)
