i just got a job at the local 2 screen movie theater. it's my first job!!! the pay is $6.75 an hour, and the perks are: I get in free whenever i want my family gets in free whenever they want me and two friends can come in whenever they want. all three times there is free popcorn and soda for us. this is so cool! i go in for training on thursday at 5:30. finally will be able to buy a car!!!

Wow, those are awesome perks and pretty good pay to! So how does wholesale compare with online prices? Might look into getting a job at a Best Buy this fall. This summer I'm going to drive pea combines, which is kinda and kinda Gonna be working 12-13 hours a day 6 days a week, but it is in an air conditioned cab and the pay is $8 an hour. Though after wed. afternoon I hit overtime which is $12 an hour. It sucks though, cause I can't use any of the money on computers its all gotta go towards college.

You also gotta consider the admision price to movies, and the fact my discount doesn't work on a lot of things (like 2 bucks on a gfx card) ... No excuses, it was rude. Escused version, I am in between girl friends. meaning knonne. wait, known. no, none. there.

well the pay sucks but it more then makes up for it with the perks At the movie theaters by here you can get only one friend in for free but there is no free popcorn and sodas. Seems like you got a pretty good deal.

I think it's for everything. Snacks, Usher, Tix, possibly bathroom, etc. did i mention that any movie played has to be "tested" the night before (lame excuse to see a movie b4 anyone else does) so i can see any movie then give away the ending the day it comes out. the people i sit next to in class will hate me atv_freak, ArmyAnt, don't worry . it's cool, i was boasting about my job too. ArmyAnt, best advice i can give you, date a nerd or geek. (besides nerdy females are exceedingly hot , you'll have some common interests.) does anyone in the dallas area have a sister for ArmyAnt?
