    CNC is great.
But why pumps in plastic, not in metal? M.b. you make hull from stainless steel. :naughty:

Urgh... I don't like silver paint, always ends up duller than it should.

Whont the pumps vibrate alot, so the case will make more sounds than necessary?

Well it will look extrodinary, but to mechanic.

    Nice CNC pictures :thumb:

When making pump's case from aluminium, maybe it will send small heat out from system. What you think about this?

I am not kissing ass or anything but given the nature of the work so far perhaps we should reserve judgement until the end!

This is so far ahead of the game, this man is not going to leave one stone unturned

How are you going to get a hoseclamp on those pump's output barb? you've blocked it off access to it with your mounting plate. Though it may work fine, I still think you're asking for it by not using clamps.

    PS: Looking good :)

Agreed. As for the motor vibrations, I think it is safe to say that he has something up his sleeve. A design this thorough isn't going to be hampered by something so basic. Looking forward to being further amazed. :jawdrop:
