i have seen a all aluminum version of the cavalier being previewed from gateway i belive...it was very nce with a .5cm thick from aluminum...
you could always try some artic silver thermal paste, since it is made with silver in it, it should be conductive enough to work

mi using something similar to that in my newest case project...

ok i got this from Primera. What i have is called the Composer Pro, When i bought it 16x was teh fastest burning speed so my version has dual 16X...
