im building a new am3 system looking to spend up to £80 on a motherboard to pair with a phenom II 4x 955 or phenom II x2 555 system will be used for gaming and some overclocking im currently looking at the ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO you gave it a very good review but its over a year old any suggestions? edit: the board has to be MATX
That's still a great board. Either that or the Gigabyte 880G on the front page right now, the only difference being the upgraded southbridge which isn't much to be honest - don't be fooled by the '880' vs '785' - AMD uses the same core underneath. The ASUS EVO's have more power hardware for overclocking, which is better suited if you're cranking that Phenom II up a lot
