i often have no idea what ppl are trying to say due to their obscene usage of hax0r/internet/instant messenging/forum terminology. so i wanted to start a thread where ppl list their favorites, funniest, etc terms, abbreviations etc.... to help me and others. so let the terms begin!
stfu = shut the **** up, tends to get used a lot in the irc's. But there are plenty of sites that give you the meanings to the wierd stuff that is typed on the web.
hehe... script kiddie 133t hax0r speak... and the man behind it all: Jeff K.! this always make me laugh: http://www.somethingawful.com/jeffk/
This has been covered in other threads...But I'm too tired and lazy to look them up... ...feel free to experience shame until someone else finds the threads... *n

I really hate this stuff .... I dont even bother to read anything written like that .... They never have anything worth bothering to translate it all for anyway.
Go to Google, select preferences and then 'Hacker' from the Interface Language drop down, save prefs and away you go!!!!!!
Own (verb) To dominate someone with little effort, I believe. For example, Counter-strike player kills 3 guys in a row with headshots, chances are he may say, "I own you all." Its often always spelt with a P instead of an O eh. pwn. My guess is this was a mispelling that caught on. own, owned, ownage etc. 1337 (adjective) Sounds like 'leet'. Meaning elite. Simple enough. n00b (adjective) Someone who's either new to the game or has little skill. eg. m3rcy_kill is a n00b with 1337 speak. I shall leave the other ones for other people to cover.
so you find it dificult to understand all this termenology so do you understand what has just been posted here its really easy to understand
you'll have to excuse me not getting it, I can understanding the abbrevations like l8tr for later and lmao, as it saves characters in an SMS where characters are limited, but why bother typing the same quantity or even more letters than the normal word would have eg. dIpHFiCuLT for difficult and whats all the caps about? and also what does this mean..? 5O j00 fin|) i+ dIpHFiCuLT +0 un|)er5+4ND 4LL +|-|I5 +Er|\/|1|\|0logY? 50 |)0 J00 uN|)eR5t4n|) \/\/H4+ |-|@5 JUS+ 8eeN P0ST3D heR3?
