Have been using the Noctua NF-P14 for some time and they are wonderful, extremely quiet and you are able to adjust the speed as you wish.

Noiseblocker PK2 although the 20dB claim isn't accurate they are reasonable quiet at full speed with a smooth air noise and very quiet at slow speed.

The manufacturer recommends 'running them in' for a couple of hours at full speed to ensure the lubricating oil is distributed before running at slower speeds.

I've never used one. I can hear a lot of motor noise in the review here but that may be because they're testing too close to the fan.

Noiseblocker PK2 review here I'm also hearing motor noise on that which I don't get with mine so I'd guess the mic is close to the fan on that as well.

The 140mm AP's can't be much louder than the 180's ones included with the Raven and FT-02, so they're probably pretty decent, as long as it's for intake.
