As you may read i posted the title of 1920x1200, which is the res of my screen. and this is where my question sort of begins. What quality games are there which natively support this res? considering the last game i bought was Battle field 2, it has been a huge amount of time since i gamed, and well iv been getting this urge to play games again. i love half-life 2, but i have become rather board of shoot them ups with the odd puzzle. love racing sims, and love age of empires, which saidly looks really bad on a screen with native res of 1920x1200! assians creed looks awesome, might get it just to look at, its very pretty in terms of realism. lol!
Race Driver GRiD for racing any game released after 2006 will support that resolution. 1680x1050 and 1920x1200 are the 2 most popular widescreen resolutions. for those games don't support widescreen, go here for hacks
Try World In Conflict, CoH, CoD4, GRiD, TF2, Portal, Assassin's Creed, R6 Vegas 2, etc etc.. Tons of games support 1920 x 1200 and you'll probably find it odd nowadays if the resolution isn't supported.
virtually every new game supports widescreen support, u can check out new games with widescreen support @ http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page yeah and games wise, Grid is an exellent game ifu have a xbox 360 controller/wheel. but theres alot of other games aswell... Counter strike source is a gd multy game with quite alot of mods. and if u like RTS u should have a go at Supreme commander and for turn based RTS Medieval 2 total war. they should keep u entertained for some time to come
i've got the same res, world in conflict, crysis and bioshock all look incredible. C&C3 is good at high res too
i just had a look at ure grpahics card and it might be a bit underpowered as 320mb is a bit weak for 19*12 but u might get away with it with turning down some settings and leaving AA/AF to the side.
I cope fine at 1920x1200 with 256MB, be it with no/little AA in some bigger games like crisis and grid, but it still can handle medium presets.
